3. For businesses which are not familiar with email, add $14.99 for addition of another 8 emails per month for support via email.

4. For businesses which do not know about the use of email, add $19.99 per month, for support via phone call (maximum of 8 phone calls(maximum 10 minutes per phone call) per month-unused phone calls and minutes cannot be carried forward to next month).

5. For businesses which need help via email with Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird or Webmail, add $19.99 per month (maximum of 8 emails per month-unused emails cannot be carried forward to next month)

6. For businesses which need help via phone call plus email, with Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird or Webmail, add $39.99 per month (maximum of 8 phone calls(maximum 10 minutes per phone call per month), maximum of 8 emails per month-unused phone calls, minutes, and emails cannot be carried forward to next month)
